Two Year Limited Warranty

Reelcraft (Changzhou) Ltd follows the high standard of Reelcraft. Standard reels have two year warranty vulnerable hoses and cables carry a six months warranty. Customized products are subject to the warranties in contracts. Common abrasions during usage do not count as flaws in materials or craftwork. During warranty, Reelcraft is responsible for repairing or replacing flawed materials. The warranty does not cover damage cause by accidents, peccancy, carelessness, or incorrect installations. All reel products need to be installed, maintained, and used following Reelcraft suggestions and instructions. Failure to use circuit breakers on electric motors, filter, lubricators on air motors and flexible inlet connections will void warranty. Equipment, products, components and hoses not manufactured by Reelcraft are subject to the original anufacturer’s guarantee and warranties. Reelcraft reserves the right to modify or alter products, dimensions, deigns and construction to improve performance.
